flow.m is a series of abstract ink wash paintings inspired by Zen philosophy and traditional Japanese ink art. Using black and gold (or silver) ink on handmade washi paper, the brushstrokes follow the natural movement of water and the rhythm of the artist\u2019s breath.
The compositions are often minimalistic yet emotionally rich, inviting the viewer into a meditative visual space. Unlike the concealed intensity of shroud.m or the ceremonial brilliance of ascent.m, this series focuses on acceptance and release. These kanji represent spiritual concepts such as \u201c\u9759\u201d (Stillness), \u201c\u5275\u201d (Creation), or \u201c\u8e8d\u201d (Leap), selected to correspond with chakras or universal values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The golden and silver threads, cords, and ornamental knots incorporated into the textiles suggest ritual, offering, and transcendence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This series often serves as an introduction to the deeper and more abstract shroud.m works, offering an accessible entry point that still retains symbolic richness. The luminous textiles evoke both ancient Japanese imperial culture and a universal yearning for the sacred. This structure metaphorically represents a psychological or spiritual state where beauty, truth, or the essence of the self is hidden\u2014sometimes by external pressure, sometimes by our own unconscious will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
