Order Process
（Lumière One／Premium）

Select from Lumière One (30cm square or 50cm square, $400–$550) or Premium (30cm×70cm, $750). Browse on our official website or Etsy store (https://www.etsy.com/shop/neowaart).

Click “Add to Cart” on the product page. Confirm the quantity and size (for Lumière One).

Proceed to Checkout
From the cart page, click “Proceed to Checkout.” Enter your shipping address and payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Confirm Order
Review your order details and click “Confirm Order.” You’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Production & Shipping
Orders are crafted within 5–7 business days and then shipped. A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.
Lumière One: Typically delivered in 10–14 days.
Premium: Made to order, delivered in 15–30 days.

Yes, details are listed on the product page. Lumière One uses materials like velour or rinzu (30cm or 50cm square), while Premium uses kinran (30cm×70cm). We combine acrylic and Japanese fabrics for a unique style.

- Are returns or exchanges possible?

Delivery Time: USA (7–14 days), Europe (7–14 days), Asia (3–7 days).
Shipping Costs: Small size (30cm square, 0.5–1kg): $25/kg; Large size (50cm square, 1.5–2kg): $37.5/kg; Premium (30cm×70cm, 1–1.5kg): $30/kg.
Customs: We support customs clearance, but duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Gift Options:
We offer gift wrapping for an additional $10, with a free message card included. Select “Gift Wrapping” on the cart page and enter your message.
International gift delivery is available. Specify the recipient’s address and select “Gift Delivery” at checkout.
